Fundraisers 

Spirit Wear:  Periodically,  Monroe Trojan Marching Band, Orchestra and Choir will sell spirit wear for their respective groups. Links for these sales will be found on the MIMBC Facebook page.  

Concession Stand :   Through a signed agreement with the Monroe Public Schools, the Instrumental Boosters Club has exclusive use of the concession stand at Monroe High School's Bunkleman Field as long as the club is in existence. The concession stand is open for all Middle School, Reserve and Varsity football games, afternoon or evening and for any other events when asked by the proper authority.  The concession stand is typically opened for the high school graduation ceremony in the spring.

Students and their family members have the opportunity to work at the concession stand during these events.  Sign up links are found in Cut Time and MIMBC Facebook posts.  Students/Family members will earn $5.00/hr.  Monies earned will be deposited directly in to the student's Cut time account.  Family member will designate which student their earnings will be credited toward when signing in at the concession stand should siblings be members of the Trojan Marching Band.
